Return & Exchange Policy:

Himbiz offers a return and exchange window of up to 24 hours from the time of delivery. Any issues related to your order must be reported within this period to be eligible for resolution.

For fastest resolution:

  • WhatsApp or call us at +91 9418000882 within 12 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order ID, photos of the outer and inner packaging, and a clear unboxing video showing the label and item condition.

Returns/Exchanges are eligible only if:

  • The product is physically damaged or broken.
  • The seal was tampered with at the time of delivery.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

All items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Used or opened items are not eligible for return/exchange.

Once the return is approved:

  • Pickup will be arranged from the original delivery address.
  • Replacements will be shipped within 6–10 working days after pickup.

Note: No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products under promotions, sale events, or gift packs.
